Exchange and Returns
Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. However, please contact customer service first to make sure the return product still meets the requirements to be returned.
This is absolutely possible, however, please contact customer service first to make sure your product is still in good condition to be returned. As a customer, you are responsible for shipping costs when returning our products!
If approved and you are not satisfied with your order you may exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any signs of use.
A return shipment should always include Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 5 business days.

The average delivery time is 7-14 working days. Our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier, so we offer the products at a lower price than our competitor. We also take care of the shipping costs.
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it may occasionally happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:
Haven't received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? If so, please contact us.
Because we work with different product sizes, products may be shipped separately from each other. If any items are missing from your order you will usually receive them after 2-3 business days.

On this Track Your Order page, you can enter your e-mail address and order number to track your package.
Once your package has arrived at the postal service provider, Track and Trace information will be available. Please note that there may be a slight delay before the tracking information is updated.
